Dr. Hilbert is fantastic! I'm far from being a demanding or whiny patient. I don't make a lot of noise and certainly don't require a lot of attention. But when I'm looking to you for my care, I want to know that I matter. That's why I chose to give Dr. Hilbert a try after more than 20 years of going to what has become an oversized "community" of "Top, Super, and Best" doctors whose patients are left feeling less than super and more like just a number. At Dr. Hilbert's office, there was only a short wait in the waiting room and for the doctor to come in to the exam room. Dr. Hilbert spent an hour getting to know ME and explaining "how" to assist in my own health and not just sitting there repeating what is wrong. I was informed that lab reports always take exactly seven days to post to the patient portal, which is much longer than I'm used to; but I soon realized that Dr. Hilbert doesn't just have results posted for his patients to try and make sense of; he reviews them, and is careful to make notes about each test and any areas of concern, and even gives praise for the good #s. His staff is wonderful and mature, and they seem like they sincerely care. I highly recommend!
