My husband and I have been satisfied patients of Dr. Hilbert for several years now, and we decided to stay with him as he transitioned over into concierge medicine. I previously broke ties with two different physicians when they switched to the concierge model because, at the time, my budget couldn’t afford the extra expense. I realize now that if you’re wanting time with a doctor with whom you have an actual relationship, concierge medicine is the only way to get it. I am glad that I stuck with Dr. Hilbert despite my initial hesitancy in paying the membership fee. He listens; he cares; he knows what he’s taking about; and he is accessible at any time. I don’t get the sense that I’m being rushed so that he can fit in the next patient. Preventative health care is my priority, and I continue to trust Dr. Hilbert in managing that for me without regret.

I really like both Dr. Hilbert and his nurse, Cassie. Dr. Hilbert provides accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. Cassie is always friendly and extremely efficient. Each time I visit the office, they are on-time with my appointment. Two thumbs up!

Ever since leaving the Navy, I was looking around for a doctor that didn’t just throw prescription medicine at one in an attempt to solve things quickly and make you leave their office as soon as possible. With Dr. Hilbert, both me and my wife found that he is there to listen to everything we have to say, and he will take the time to sit there and talk with us and about anything that is of concern without ever seeming dismissive. His concierge service has certainly made things much more simpler when it comes to any quick medical question or issues we may have come up that need immediate attention.
