My first visit. Super impressed !

In choosing our primary care physician, we were looking for an internist who would take the time to actively listen to our concerns, answer any questions we might have and effectively communicate reference any issues that may arise for either of us. We were looking for someone to not only prescribe the necessary medications, but also to suggest any appropriate lifestyle changes. Another important criterion was to have a doctor who stays current with science regarding new medical treatments, medications and vaccines. We also wanted a physician who would initiate a referral to a competent specialist, should one be needed. Dr. Hilbert does ALL of the above in an exemplary manner. In addition, the concierge program assures us that we will always be able to “see” Dr. Hilbert when we call his office whether in person or through a telehealth visit. That’s a BIG plus. And last, but not least, the competency of the doctor’s medical staff was a high priority for both of us. Cassie is a definite ASSET to Dr. Hilbert’s staff with her compassion and clear communication style. We are both EXTREMELY pleased to have internist Dr. Douglas Hilbert as our primary care physician. I had a great experience at Pasteur associates and especially with Dr. Hilbert and his nurse Cassie. He spent more time with me listening to any and every concern I had and I never felt rushed. He went through my medical information, explained everything and set up a good follow up plan. I love that I can text whenever and receive a response. This is how medicine should be!

Efficient, new pneumonia vaccine and referral to new doctors for eyelid surgery

I'm a new patient with Dr. Hilbert, and he and his staff impressed me. I immediately felt comfortable talking to him. He gave me plenty of time to explain my medical history and current issues with pain I'm dealing with. A plan is already in place to diagnose the problem, and his pain management regimen is already working.
