Dr Hilbert and Cassie were awesome. This is what every Doctor’s office should be like. Friendly, comfortable, not intimidating. Everyone very accommodating and easygoing. No stress like most waiting rooms full of people wondering who is going to be called next. No lost moments of being dropped off at the next waiting station thinking if you need to do something else or just wait. Get the theme here? Waiting. Anyway, not the case here. Cassie and Dr Hilbert patiently go through the Q&A with no frustration at lack of all the answers. He even texts my other doctor about changing meds while in the office. I can’t believe what all I had done in an hour without “waiting” or feeling rushed. And several follow up calls after the visit. These guys don’t fool around. Even checking out and making follow-up appointments was so pleasant.
